Shipping & Returns
Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with the card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.
Shipping Fee is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.
U.S SHIPPING OPTIONS
Lenny Niemeyer uses FedEx to ship all U.S. packages. The FedEx options are as follows:
FedEx 2 Day - If FedEx 2 Day shipping is requested, a shipping charge of up to $30.00 will apply. Your order should arrive within approximately 2 business days after shipping by 8:00 PM. Available Monday - Friday. Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 3 business days.
FedEx 2 Day AM - If FedEx 2 Day AM shipping is requested, a shipping charge of up to $35.00 will apply. Your order should arrive within approximately 2 business days after shipping by 10:30 AM. Available Monday - Friday and not eligible for Hawaii.
FedEx Standard Overnight - If FedEx Standard Overnight shipping is requested, a shipping charge of up to $60.00 will apply. Your order should arrive approximately the next business day by 3:00 PM. Available Monday - Friday and not eligible for Hawaii.
FedEx First Overnight - If FedEx Standard Overnight shipping is requested, a shipping charge of up to $150.00 will apply. Your order should arrive approximately the next business day by 9:30 AM. Available Monday - Friday.
Lenny Niemeyer ships to most countries. International Shipping has a flat rate of $30.00. Delivery times vary from country to country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.
Please note that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents - no exceptions are made. Lenny Niemeyer is NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by border government or customs agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office. If these charges are billed to Lenny Niemeyer by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.
Lenny Niemeyer offers free shipping on U.S. orders over $150. When applicable, the free shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout. Offer is only valid on ground shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 3 to 7 business days after shipping. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, you must pay for an additional cost at checkout.
For security reasons, Lenny Niemeyer online purchases over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, we will provide you with all the necessary information for your return.

We can accommodate returns of merchandise for the United States, Canada, and Mexico costumers only. To be eligible for a return, please return the merchandise within 15 business days from the day you received your order. Only FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE is eligible for REFUNDS. SALE ITEMS or any item purchased with PROMOTIONAL CODES are eligible for STORE CREDIT only. CLEARANCE ITEMS, BLACK FRIDAY ITEMS, and CYBER MONDAY ITEMS are FINAL SALE only, NO refunds, store credit, or exchanges allowed.
Please make sure your items are returned with all original Lenny Niemeyer tags and sanitary liners still attached. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products returned with makeup stains will NOT be accepted. White items must be in a perfect state - any stain will result in a denied return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to deny returns if they are delayed or not up to return standards.
All returns using the FedEx return label provided by Lenny Niemeyer will have a flat rate of $10.00 withheld from the refund amount for shipping & handling.
Once your return is processed you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping & handling cost, and if it is within the 15 days timeframe. Returns will be credited to your original form of payment or Lenny Niemeyer store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
Steps for returning your purchase:
1. If you would like to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us at (305)882-1003 or firstname.lastname@example.org OR follow the following steps:
- Log In to your Lenny Niemeyer Account.
- Under My Account, click on Order History.
- Choose the order you would like to return items from. To do so, simply click on the view icon on the right side the order status.
- Select the item you would like to return by clicking on the red return arrow on the right on the item information.
- Fill out the form and submit it to Lenny Niemeyer.
2. Once you have received your return label by e-mail, place your return items in the provided shipping packaging and place the FedEx return label outside of the packaging.
3. Arrange a pick up with the shipping carrier or drop your shipment off at your local FedEx store. For Fedex, call +1(800)463-3339.
4. Once Lenny Niemeyer receives your shipment, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. However, you can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color faster if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.
We do not offer pre-made labels for international returns. Instead, you will have to ship your packing using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN
At Lenny Niemeyer, we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately at (305)882-1003 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. If your item becomes faulty after the return day period, please contact us and we will send the issue to our damage department for further investigation. Keep in mind that each case is different and returns can be denied.
Gift recipients may return gift items or items purchased using a Lenny Niemeyer gift card for Lenny Niemeyer store credit ONLY.
NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
